RACIST PEOPLE GO TO ANOTHER SHOP THAT RESPECTS THEIR CUSTOMERS. I called them to ask if they do tune ups and the lady transferred me to some guy who speaks english. Guy kept telling me that my voice isn’t clear and hung up. I called back and he told me that I’m speaking to him with food in my mouth. He recognized from my accent that I’m not white and started talking in a rude manner.

I met Sébastien today for the first time and he is a terrific young man knowledgeable and customer service oriented and proud of the long family tradition. Bought some bike pants and will be back for winter storage and tune up for sure.

I had a very pleasant experience with Sebastien, one of the owners of I'm not mistaken. This guy LOVES bikes. I mean, he's got tattoos of them. He took his time to answer all my questions, and I felt no pressure to buy. Thanks for the help Les gars!

Very poor experience. Rude staff member - who thought he was wasting his time answering my questions. How this place stays in business is beyond me. Go to a real bike store - one that actually wants your business.
