La planification du déménagement a été facile, l'équipe de déménageurs est arivée à temps, ils ont fait attention aux fleurs, ils ont fait un travail de pro, en ayant en tête la sécurité. Ils ont bien protégés les meubles et ils ont livré le tout avec soin. Rien de négatif à redire. Je vous les recommande.
J'ai fait affaire avec Daniel pour vérifier quelles seraient mes options de déménagement et j'ai été impressionnée par sa volonté d'aider et sa courtoisie. Il a su gagner ma confiance. Il est le genre qui répond rapidement et semble vouloir trouver ce qui est le meilleurs pour la clientèle.
I should have shopped around. Not only were their prices excessive, but they wouldnt cover things properly. I
purchased (from ByeBye) 2 plastic mattress covers, yet the 3 movers were just going to throw old moving blankets over them.Their warranty means nothing. They demolished my Ikea Billy Boy cabinet, but said the warranty doesnt cover Ikea products! Told me to dispose of it! An antique chair was broken. Guy in charge was rude. Office reduced price by $100.after much discussion. Shop Around.
Just wanted to thank Dan and his fantastic team that moved be back to my roots following a long stay in the NCR. The guys professionalism was above and beyond what I expected. They made my transition back home an easy, fun and positive experience. Once again please convey my sincere thank you the 3 dudes that moved this old man... lol
Just had a piano moved from a friends to my place by Bye Bye moving by three young men who were very strong and efficient....Thank you Andre, Leroy and Sebastian.
Movers were extremely nice and helpful. One of the movers dropped 3 of my dresser drawers and they broke. When I followed up, I was told that I was responsible to pay for deductible which I was not advised of when I signed the paperwork. We own our own business as well and would never offload the deductible to our clients when it is our error.
Cette compgagnie est nulle. J'ai demandé pour 4 hommes et ils m'ont envoyé 2 hommes et 2 garcons de 14 et 15 ans. Ils ont abimé tous mes meubles et ca leur a pris 9 heures pour un travail de 5 heures. Les jeunes devaient demandé de l'aide aux hommes pour bouger les meubles. J'avais des traitements de chimio et ns n'étions que moi et ma soeur. Ils m'ont fait signé un papier avant de paetir mais je leur disais que je voulais aller directement au bureau pour payer. Un gros zéro.
Would never use or recommend Bye Bye Moving. Numerous broken items, corners broken off dining room hutch, antique cabinet ruined with splintered wood, deep scratches in table top, broken lamps and shades, bent bed frame, to mention a few. Owner ignored our calls for two months and did not talk to us until we said that we were going to the Better Business Bureau. We were asked to pay for an extra man to help with the move, which we did, so a $2,500.00 move with total uncooperative management.
professional movers, they work fast, excellent job, would recommend them to anyone that are looking for a good company ! Nothing broken, efficient, nice guys !!! will use them again when I need to !

Unfortunetely I cannot say for myself how the overall experience was.. I have never used the company or any other moving companies for that matter. However, I do have friends and family that have used Déménagement Bye Bye and have nothing but nice kind words to say. They were never dissapointed and they never walked away feeling unsatisfied.
If I ever were to need a moving company Déménagement Bye Bye would be the ONE for me. Not only because of the great reviews from people whom I trust emensily but I was once neighbors with the "Big guy" the owner of this company. Great man!!! Not to forget his pleasant wife... They have a way of making a person feel welcomed...Comfortable......at home.
