M Mécanique 360 / Anciennement Monsieur Muffler

Je suis allée pour faire une estimation des coûts de remplacement de mon résonateur qui était craqué. Le mécanicien m a dit que le catalyseur était également percé et que je devais absolument le changer, sans quoi je pouvais m asphyxier… l estimation montait à « plus de 2 000 $ ». Je suis allée consulter un autre mécanicien qui m a assuré que le catalyseur était en bon état, et il a changé mon résonateur pour la somme de 270 $… 

The customer service there is a joke. Their alignment resulted that my car turned better to right than to left. They refused to remake it. 114$ paid for nothing. Worst place I've ever been.

Terrible service

Can someone tell me what warranty means??? when you replace a part and they charge you an arm and a leg for it, and then it breaks down in less than a year, do you believe that they will charge you labor again for that same part!!!!!! I am getting to believe that they but cheap parts so that they keep breaking down again and again. They will tell you that some parts needs replacement while they are good! They told me to change my brakes on my car and I didnt, and guess what after 1 whole year of driving the car i went back to change my tires and they told me " Sir, by the way, your brakes will need to be changed soon!!!!!" Customer service is a mess, they just dont care. Down that same road there are a lot of repair places, choose any other place but not this one if you want to save money
