    This UPS location is clearly riddled with laziness, incompetence, dishonesty and a total disregard for customers. When they cannot meet commitments, they simply leave the package in limbo, stop updating the tracking info and refuse to allow the recipient to go pick it up. I have seen this happen systematically time and time again.

    Impossible to get in touch with anyone! Site says open but when you call message says they are closed. Website number you call and message says this number can't receive calls? But it's the number on your site?
