Terrible! Il en a pris 3 visites et 3 factures (490$) pour régler le même problème de gicleur et de valve qu'ils ne voyaient pas. Il a fallu que nous leur mettions le nez dans le trou pour qu'ils trouvent le problème. Et à chacune des fois, tout ce qu'ils veulent c'est de se faire payer au lieu de savoir si nous sommes satisfaits et que le système est fonctionnel. L'enfer!
Excellent service et une entreprise très courtoise et avec expérience.. Pas d'hésitation à les recommander
Horrible customer service! Was a client of theirs for over 15 years. Not sure why I waited so long to change service provider. Every year they only gave you the day they were coming to open or close the system and you had to be completely available and wait for them. They would not even be able to tell you if they would come morning or afternoon. No understanding of customer service. They have a "take it or leave it attitude".
I can not tell anything about the service they are giving, because they did not give me any chance to try it. They refused me(the job for 2000-3000$), because I spoke English.Receptionist never sounds nice, I called her at least 30 times and finally she asked me never call them again. I was in shock! I am sure, that owner is hardworker and has not idea whats going on in his office.Probably he hires one of the member of his family, I cant believe somebody can pay for that kind of business. Watch, how office can ruin your business!!! And better remove from website"English", dont hurt people for nothing.
Just fired Irrigation Dagenais...incompetant office worker can't get appointment schedule right ...had me waiting at home on 2 separate occasions for them to show up at the times they stated....don't show up...don't call to say they can't make it then they call back to reschedule and accuse meof not being co-operative with rescheduling?!?!?!?!? Is this the way to run a business?!?!?? You make the errors in client servicing (or the lack of it!) and then you call me of not co-operatiing? Fired on the spot....

CHARGED TWICE FOR SERVICE CALL ALTHOUGH SECOND CALL WAS A COMPLAINT THAT SYSTEM NOT PROPERLY PROGRAMMED FIRST TIME. EMPLOYEES STAY PARKED IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE DOING NOTHING, BUT ADD TO THEIR HOURS CHARGED.
