Went for waxing the place looks like you’re walking into an old hospital it has green walls. The place is very dirty especially the walls and the rooms are super small.

I was not happy with the service and they were rude. Left there with assymetrical eyebrows...

Very unprofessional place!If you are going to get a bikini wax, dont! Especially not at the Laval location. I went there about 6 times to get a bikini wax, and I would say that, 2 out of the 6 women that waxed me, knew what they were doing. Recently, the young girl had no idea what she was doing, she kept waxing the same area multiple times, which resulted in severe bruising around my bikini area. When I went to speak to the manager, the manager said it was my skins fault. Horrible.

Hi ladies, , I had a severe infection after my bikini waxingi It was really really bad, never had something like this before, it took me almost -10 days of treatment to feel better, what I think is that the wax was contaminated and there is no means of hygienics procedures, be careful girls. It was really serious. I seeked a dr at the hospital after continues try of different medication

I've been going here for a bunch of years. Last time,I decided to facial wax. When I left, I was ok and then I developped severe folliculitis all over my face and neck. It's disgusting and it's been 2 weeks and the infection is still there. The products and tools are contaminated and you might get an infection or fungi... be careful.
