Incapable de donner le service de paiement par carte qu'ils prétendent offrir. 3 ride en 3 que la machine ne fonctionnent supposément pas. Et sans compter l'attitude très déplaisante des chauffeurs lorsqu'on paie par carte. On se demande pourquoi on passe à Uber maintenant.
First of all, the taxi driver took 40 minutes to get from Longueuil to Brossard. Then he said he didn't take credit card when he did in fact take it. Then he wanted to charge me off the metre and tried to convince me that a ride from Brossard to Greenfield park would take 30.00$ when the whole ride actually took 16.40$. My mom was going to pay for the ride once I got home and he kept telling me to call my mom to be ready because he was in a 'rush'. He sped the whole way and would stop abruptly at stop signs while talking on the phone. Once I got home, I already decided that I would not be tipping him for his horrible service (and I'm usually a good tipper) and he had the nerve to ask me if I would pay him a higher price than what was written on the metre. Because of this HORRIBLE taxi driver (you had one job), I will never use this taxi service again... And I will encourage others to find others services as well. Taxi Union, get your drivers under control, please.
Interesting review by anu3984. I needed to catch a flight at Dorval. I live 5 blocks from the Panama Taxi station. After 3 calls, I finally got the cab after waiting 45 minutes in sub zero temperatures. Had I known, I could of walked to the cab. Their excuse, "Oh, we sent the cab to Longueuil instead of Brossard" P.S. by the time he arrived, it was a full blown rush hour. Missed my flight.
i called for a cab at 7:20 am this morning and was told that it would arrive within ten minutes at my condo building (a prominent building in brossard)...I had an important meeting at work at 8:00 am and live less than five minutes away so had ample time to make it into my meeting... I went downstairs right away and waited for my cab, calling them at 7:35 when it hadn't arrived.. the woman told me the cab was on my street already and would be there in less than 20 secs- 5 minutes later the cab hadn't arrived so I called back and was told that the cab hadn't found my building ( hard to believe since all cabs I' ve taken so far recognize this condo building very well as its a fairly large structure) but they would send a new cab which would arrive in 2 miinutes... at 7:45 i called again as I was beginning to get close to my meeting time- at this point i was again told that the cab was a minute away. Called back in five minutes and the woman hung up on me. I was a little frustrated at this point so I called back immediately and was told to go outside on the street ( I have a driveway leading tothe condo) as the cab would be arriving any second and it would speed up the process. I waited on the street for 10 minutes in the freezing cold at which point I knew I wasnt going to make it to my meeting in time but was hoping to be just a few minutes late. This time when I called them back the woman rudely responded: "Ask the cab driver what happened because I have no way of getting in touch with him".... Extremely upset, I got on the bus which had arrived just then and was hlf n hr late for the meeting... I would strongly emphasize this company's unreliability and very unprofessional service. I am definitely not going to use their services in the future and recommend that others do so with caution
