Very bad service and very expensive. This is an unprofessional property management company. Not communicating / ignoring the need of the clients, not chashing cheques in time, lot of errors, they never excuse for the error they make, not set to collect the cash ellectronically.

Exceptional service and exceptional. There was not a single time where I have contacted Trustcan and they were not there or did not respond instantly. The team at Trustcan so far has never let us down in every aspect of the apartment but also in the management. I would truly Trustcan for every aspect of Property Management, they will not let you down.

Extremely hard to reach, even if you have an emergency. They do not return your calls and they're not doing much.

Horrible building management. Lots of talks and little work done. Expensive as well.

One of the worst condo service I have had the misfortune to experience. Lots of talk, hypocrisy, expensive but no service. I do hope this note will help someone avoid getting caught with them.
