Worst experience should have read the reviews, my Bad he came did the job after 2 months i had the same problem,called him he asked for my adress gave him my adress 4 times never showed up completley ignoring my calls, tells me i have a gurantee kept calling no answer Complete disregard for customer service Not professional i will never call him again,and would not reccomend him😱😱

I had called half a dozen exterminators to inspect my bites.They all said that it was bed-bug bites ,but could not find any bugs or signs of them.When Joseph showed up he instantly asked me if i had seen small beetles in my room .We then found signs of carpet beetles in my drawers.He said that the tiny hairs on the larvae is whats making me itch.How does he know that? Anyways ,Thank you Joseph

Never showed up on time. said he was going to be here for 10:00 a.m. showed up 5 hours late. not even a phone call to say he would be late. very unprofessional
