Old apartments. Serious problems in the HVAC system: constant malfunction, musty odors and tiny flies. In the winter, windows are covered with frozen vapor and leaks cold draft. The bathroom hot water is murky with white residue. The kitchen cabinets are old and ugly. The garbage chute smells horrible. The odor of the decomposed garbage suffocates tenants. If you complain, they will either ignore you or say, you are the only one complaining. The management is the best in dodging your complaint.

Mon appartement est au goût du jour, assez pratique. La localisation est top pour prendre le métro et le gestionnaire gère l’immeuble notamment la propreté qui est importante pour moi.

Their kitchens are very very old and ugly. When you turn the heating system on it gives you a nasty sewage like smell. The heating engine is so loud and you feel relived when you turn it off. Bed bugs and cockroaches are invested in many apartments and keeps crawling on our apartments from time to time.Despite their terrible maintenance work,they increase rent every year. They divided the living rooms in the one bedroom Apts.to added another room and change it into two bedroom apartments !!
