French, Asian, Italian, Greek and Québécoise cuisines done the modern or traditional way: no challenge is out of reach for Frédéro Traiteur’s team. “My training is in French cuisine, but we aim to provide our customers with a mix of influences for an ever-greater variety of prepared dishes,” explains Frédéric Laperrière, chef and co-owner of the Rosemont-based catering business he helms with his father, Guy Laperrière.
“The health aspect is foremost with us, that is why we shun additives and insist on the best quality ingredients possible,” he says. To cover all bases, Frédéro Traiteur provides its customers with a weekly selection of a chicken, red meat, fish and vegetarian options. Frédéric and his crew make a point of offering gluten-free dishes as well. The menu changes weekly, incorporating local and seasonal ingredients, combined with more exotic offerings.
In addition to the storefront on Beaubien Street, Frédéro Traiteur provides corporate catering services. “For our corporate clients, we offer a lunchbox format, or a buffet-style lunch, tailor-made for any business event,” says Frédéric. Private customers can even retain the services of the caterer’s private home chef. “All the advantages of going out to a restaurant, without the having to go out part!”
