Great Location but Poor service

Great Location right next to Old Montreal. No place to offload passenger and it was dangerous with cars passing by fast to get kids & luggage from the car. Parking was a big hassle, Valet parking took 20+ minutes every time to get the car. The main reservation desk is located on 2nd floor. The only way to get out of the hotel if using elevator (for wheelchair or stroller user) is to call bellman so he can operate elevator using his special key. At busy time this could take 20+ minutes. A BIG inconvenience. The room cleaning service was very inefficient. The room wasn't cleaned up till 4:00pm, had to call main desk to get someone to clean up the room . The answer I got from main desk is that it can take up to 6:00pm for cleaning the room. It is standard even in motel that room is cleaned up by 1:00pm. Even the OSCO restaurant located inside hotel is not a great restaurant just average food variety and quality. There are plenty of choices for hotels in Montreal. This hotel will not be in my list next time I am in town.
