    Bought a new Suba...

    Bought a new Subaru Impreza at Montreal Subaru in Sept. 2012. In Dec. 2014, I made an appointment to check the motor. When I returned to the garage at the end of the day, they informed me that the car needed a motor job without telling me why. No one seems surprised – I sure am – that a car, less than 2 ½ years old should require a motor job. I insist on a second opinion. In January, I went to Ogilvie Subaru in Ottawa where they tell me there is nothing wrong with my car.

    I bought a Subaru...

    I bought a Subaru last spring and I was satisfied with the customer service. Despite I had a problem with my new car a week after I got it, the client service department immediately took the Subaru back and fixed the problem instantly. One of the car dealer did a follow up to make sure I was satisfy with the car and if I had any other problem with it. The employees were very welcoming.

    We had a great ex...

    We had a great experience at Subaru Mtl. My wife was pregnant of our third and she was due that day so we deceived to shop around to accelerate things. We ended up at the Subaru dealership looking at a perfect car to complement our outback. We always thought that we needed two cars with 3 kids. We met Steven Lutfy who was extremely nice and took the time to explain everything. A few hour later we had a car and the baby came he next day, we were all set :)
