The worst service I've had in a long, long time. The windows were defective and were damaged during installation. Though the company acknowledged and promised to fix the windows, we have spent hours running after them, calling them, and 5 months later they have done nothing. This was an 11,000.00 job which may end in court. Additionally, once they got paid, dealing with them was completely different. NEVER use this company.

I'd like to give a negative if possible! The worst company I've ever dealt with. Actually ended up going to small claims court because of the horrible service and installation. They coukd have resolved this issue and avoided the court case, but they choose to bully clients. In the end I won in court, but still left a sour taste how such a big company treats their clients.
