Time sensitive package sent on express next day delivery. DID NOT ARRIVE NEXT DAY.
A pick-up order was placed with the pick-up address, contact person's name and phone number. The delivery person came to the right address, but looked for the person who placed the order instead of the contact person. Unfortunately, the person who placed the order do not work there and the delivery person left without calling the contact person. So I called the company and told them that they should have looked for and called the contact person if she isn't there. The answer I got was that they had many delivery and were too busy to call the contact person. They told me that I had to place a second order, which I would have to pay in full, on top of the order that they missed. I protested so they offered a 50% off on the first order they missed, but I still have to pay the second order in full. I think it is reasonable to pay for the second order in full, but why do I have to pay for their mistake on the first order? The bottom line is, when everything is fine, they have reasonable service. When there's a problem, not sure if they have the best way to resolve dispute.
