We used Globex to send a courier to California last week and were assured of a 24 hour delivery. A week later the letter still hasn't arrived. There is simply no explanation given other than a message than an electronic update of where the letter currently is. It has been a frustrating experience for our business that is putting our reputation at stake.
Globex Courrier was excellent to work with. A true pleasure actually. I needed a package picked up from IKEA in Quebec and shipped to Boston MA which they seamlessly handled. Marie-Claire was a delight to work with, she communicated clearly cost, delivery and expectations on package. Package was delivered today and could have not be happier with the services Globex provided. Thank you!

Les meilleurs sur toute la ligne
Plus qu'un service, Globex opère, par la très grande qualité et compétence de ses agents, comme nulle autre compagnie de transport. Le soin apporté à chaque client, à chaque situation, dans des délais défiant toute compétition, positionne Globex numero UN mondial...Après plus de 10 ans d'utilisation de leurs services, à l'échelle nationale et internationale, mon avis est sans équivoque : les meilleurs ! They're the best !

Service rapide et fiable. Excellents prix . Nous utilisons leurs services de messagerie depuis des années, tant au niveau national qu’international et nous avons toujours été très satisfait!
A pick-up order was placed with the pick-up address, contact person's name and phone number. The delivery person came to the right address, but looked for the person who placed the order instead of the contact person. Unfortunately, the person who placed the order do not work there and the delivery person left without calling the contact person. So I called the company and told them that they should have looked for and called the contact person if she isn't there. The answer I got was that they had many delivery and were too busy to call the contact person.
They told me that I had to place a second order, which I would have to pay in full, on top of the order that they missed. I protested so they offered a 50% off on the first order they missed, but I still have to pay the second order in full. I think it is reasonable to pay for the second order in full, but why do I have to pay for their mistake on the first order?
The bottom line is, when everything is fine, they have reasonable service. When there's a problem, not sure if they have the best way to resolve dispute.
