It is really close to the bus stop which is awesome. The address is 100 Cote Vertu. Also there is a swimming pool and basement car parking at $60 a month (negotiable). Supermarket across the road. However, it is really old and poorly maintained. The management is horrible and a pain to deal with. The building is usually heated to 21 degrees, but I doubt that is maintained. Just waiting for my lease to end so I can move out before this place falls apart. I definitely do not recommend it!!
