Undependable, unprofessional topped off with poor
This company is difficult to work with. They never returned phone calls when they said they would. You had to keep calling them. However, when you did get a hold of them, they did come down to do up the quote and dropped it off in the mailbox quickly. Once we decided to go with them to do all electrical and plumbing with our basement reno, they only dropped off electrical portion. (6 pot lights, bathroom, bedroom and living room wiring – internal only, all external walls already done). We booked them for later that week. Both my husband and I took the day off of work to be at home. 10 minutes before they were to show, the office called to say they won’t be coming; as the one guy was at a funeral. I called them on the fact about why they did not call before NOW to say this, people now 3 days in advance when they have a funeral. He States this was why he did not book jobs so much in advance – I told them we only booked this job within the same week and that was too far ahead. At that time the manger advised me that I should find someone else to get the work done.
