DO NOT BUY YOUR V...

DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE. Brought truck in complaining of noise. Told it was breaks, then something else. Total bill of 3000. Bring truck in a month later because problem was never fixed. Told nothing wrong. Told them to look again and sure enough a part was recalled. I was never notified of the recalled part. Truck has been there for almost 3 weeks. Everytime I call and ask there is always something that's wrong like them needing parts. It's getting ridiculously inconvenient and I have never been apologized to or accommodated once. They also gave me a broken down vehicle to drive around. I am furious. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Excellent Customer Service

I had both of my vehicles serviced in the past few months at Scott Campbell Dodge. They were done quickly, efficiently and correctly. Besides the great and friendly staff, I enjoyed complementary snacks and hot drinks in their comfy waiting area. I can't say thanks enough! only to say I will be back!

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you like poor customer service then this is the place to go. Scott, the owner, himself gives great poor customer service. He is extremely rude and does not care about his customers. Great customer service to me is listening to the customer and trying to resolve the issue as best as possible. 1 example would be to investigate what the customer complaint is before saying your " If my Technician said he did not do it then he did not do it". That to me is the epitome of poor customer service. Your technicians does not pay your bills consumers do. I for sure will never buy a car at Scott Campbell Doge and I will never again take my car to their Service Department again. What I will do is prevent other customers from getting the wonderful extremely poor service the owner provided to me. I never want anyone to experience what I endured at his business.
