    Worst car wash in...

    Worst car wash in the city! Had the #4 touch less wash. My truck only had a light coat of dirt on it but it came out looking just as bad as when iI went in. Complained to the attendant and all she would say is that only the #1 wash was guaranteed. I asked where it said this and she said nowhere but that was their policy. For $13 iI should at least get a little dirt off! Recommend never go to this wash.

    Awful! I watched...

    Awful! I watched one of the employees scream at an old man that he was trying to get a free car wash. She didn't bother opening the doors so a line up of 5 cars sat outside while the place was empty. Will never go back there unless they get new staff. If she owns it I will definitely be telling people to stay away.

    Incredibly rude. Horrible wash (automatic wash). Worst customer service I've ever had. Would never go back.

    Rude Owner (DAVE)

    I locked my keys in my car at nine thirty (they close at ten) after calling the tow truck company and being told it would be an hour, Dave the owner calls me over and tells me we close at ten I'm not paying my guys to stay late cause you locked your keys in your car you will have to leave at ten and leave your car here overnight as well we charge 20 dollars a night to store a car here, the temperature on this fine night was minus 27 degrees, I was basically left feeling like Dave the owner had no compassion for anyone but himself, therefore I will never bring a car to his car wash again.

    Double Dipping

    I recently went for a car wash and was very please with the job the automated car wash did. The issue that I saw happened after the fact. I took a look at my credit card statement online and noticed 2 charges on 2 different days. The one change was the legitimate one and the second change was the next day, a day where I didn't leave the house/couch and was watching football all day. I called the company and they told me tha this was a credit card company issue, that there is no way for them to change my card twice. I then told him that I was going to call my credit card company and dispute the change, he said fine and that I would be banned from the wash. I then called the credit card company and they disputed the change. While on the phone with the credit card rep I received a call from Maxx Auto Wash. I was now told that they would reverse the charge or give me a free wash (probably found that this was an error on their end). Sorry Maxx Auto Wash, too late as you will now have to deal with the credit card company! So again, the wash was great but you might pay double or more for it!

    Rude Employees

    This business is always clean and is certainly a nice place to wash your car...if you don't speak to the employees. I was told that my car was too dirty for the wash bay because the gentlemen said he didn't want to clean up mud. He then yelled at me and said I could not wash my car and demanded that I drove through and out of the car wash. Had the employee been respectful and politely asked me to go else where, that would have been fine. However, he was beyond rude. I wash my car about 5 times a week and they will no longer be getting my business. The owner should really rethink his hiring process. Don't go there. You'll get yelled at.

    rude owner

    I was scolded by one of the owners (Jason) because i was waiting for a bay while parked under there role up door. They dont like this because cold air gets in the building. That is totally fair. However if they have an issue with it they can kindly say please don't park under the door sir. Not give me attitude. I already knew not to park under the door but when i proceeded i saw that the bay was actually not free, I could not back up because the car behind me had already moved forward and if i went forward i would be blocking in two people who were nearly finished washing their cars. I also refuse to leave my car outside while i wait inside to see if a bay opens when i have a 1 year old child in the car. I got so mad i just left when i got home i called because i wanted an apology from this guy (jason) but of course he wasn't available. I was told to call back after the weekend to talk with him. I will not return until i have recieved an apology. I work with a company that has 6 fleet vehicles, that we always get washed there. They will not be returning either. That is 300 dollars a month they wont be getting from me anymore. RANT OVER!
