Unbelievably cold night and the service was quick, positive, and efficient. I cannot thank them enough! What an amazingly positive driver, with quick service despite -27 degree weather. They are wonderful!

Absolutely nothing to recommend. Tore my CV boot and takes zero responsibility for the damage. Instead tries to explain to me how my 4wd works. Useless point as by photos, there is no grease spray from driving with a damaged boot. They claimed Titan Automotive may have done it pulling the vehicle in, but they have surveillance video showing it pushed in by hand. Owner has to state his case but constantly interrupting so you cant state yours.

Dishonest, unprofessional and rude. The driver who picked up my vehicle after an attempted theft damaged both rear fenders. I saw him trip with piece of iron in his hand putting a small dent and deep scratch in the left rear quarter panel. The right rear quarter panel had a large dent and scratch. I assume he did that while backing up to the vehicle though I did not see him do it. Club towing completely denied doing any damage to the vehicle. The manager screamed and swore at me, then hung up.
