Needed chain sharpened for chainsaw. Monday- took in chain to Rosemont Pro Hardware, was told it would be ready on Wednesday. I made plans for cutting early Thursday morning. Wednesday afternoon I went to pick up, and was told that they knew that it would not be ready until Thursday afternoon. When I finally picked it up, they charged me $21.50. I found out that I could buy a new 12” chain for that price. I feel very ripped off. Don’t go there !
