Terrible, Never Use This Company
We had Altus survey our yard before building a fence. We were quoted at $200 an hour and told that it would take about an hour. Sure enough, the guys showed up, stood around for about 15 minutes and then spent 45 minutes surveying the lot. They were gone within the hour. When we got the bill it was $600. They told us that they start billing from the moment they leave their shop. My house is a five minute drive from Cardinal Crescent so even if that were true they are over billing and they know it. We tried to contest it and they told us that if we didn't pay up they would send us to collections. We are still trying to fight it but I think it is a losing battle. Save your money and find someone with integrity.
