Kia of Saskatoon

Had an interesting experience with buying a used van from Kia of Saskatoon. Bought a used grand caravan that has turned into a huge money pit. Started off with the air conditioning, it stopped blowing cold air within 48 hours of driving it off the lot. The brakes started squeaking at day 5, suspect they were not correctly put on the vehicle, day 6 throttle sensor light came on. It burns oil like crazy 3 1/2 weeks it uses 3 litres of oil. The engine randomly runs rough and throws codes.

I just purchased a Kia Sportage, the service was amazing. Amy was fantastic, as soon as I walked into the dealership Amy greeted me and made me feel right at home. I can't say enough good things , excellent service, very professional, will be back to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Purchased a kia sorrento yesterday , Amy Smith was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the vehicle as well as negotiating our price with Trevor their sales manager.Amy took the time to connect my phone as well as famarilzing me to all the options .The staff are extremely friendly and accomodating.Finance was informative and professional. This was our 2nd vehicle purchased from them and would not consider another dealer.

They do not care about their customers

I phoned them to special order in tires for my truck. I told them the type of truck and the size of the tires that I thought would fit the truck. They ordered them in and they didn't fit. The tires were $2200. I paid $100 to get them put onto rims, and then about $120 to get them balanced. Then when I finally got them on the truck and drove around the block they rub the inside of the wheel well really bad, and after turning the wheel about 60% they rub the rest of the way, wow!!! I phoned them to talk to them about it and they told me that it was special order, they don't question special order. They didn't know the application, they didn't even ask, they said that they assumed that I had these size tires on the truck already. They are the professionals and they told me that I should have did my homework before phoning them to order me tires. They said there is absolutely nothing that they can do especially now that they were put on the truck. How was I to figure out that they didn't fit and would rub unless I put them on rims and put them on the truck and drove down the block. Would never recommend Kia of Saskatoon to anyone. Go any other place. They do not care about their customers.

Don't care about their customers

I purchased a brand new vehicle from a Kia dealer. Because it was not this one that I purchased the car from, they treated me poorly, and told me the issue with my vehicle was not warrantied. I went and got a second opinion from a well respected mechanic who told me that "I believe they're making this up so they don't have to deal with your warranty. What they say damaged your car is something I have never heard of happening." I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. They love you until you sign on the dotted line, then you're not their concern.
