Service Auto Speedy Auto Repair St. John's

Never recommend this auto service. I drop my car over there, I went to school. The receptor told me he would call when the vehicle is ready. They never called me. I decided to go there a day after. They changed some parts and wheel alignment which cost me 450$. But my wheel was not twelve which means they did not do the alignment well. After while I went back and they asked me to leave the car to be checked. As I told they might not call me again I went there before they close. They forgot again

The worst customer service i have ever experience anywhere.I brought my car in to get looked at and they told me i needed parts from the dealership.So i order the parts and go back about a week later and they end up jerry-rigging the original part on my car without asking me or using the new parts i ordered.This ended up braking again two weeks later in which i had to go back again(trying to charge me for 3 days of labor at this point)and got cursed at for complaining.Fix it right the first time

Where is the customer service

Called on a Saturday to see about getting my brakes checked. Spoke with John who said to drop it off and leave it. When I questioned how long it would take he said he probably won't get to look at it at all because they close at 2pm on Saturdays. And they don't book appointments. Why tell me to drop it off if you don't think you'll get a chance to look at it, and why no appointments? A little customer service would go a long way!
