Unethical billing practices. This business intentionally fails to obtain informed consent around billing costs. While I was told that my insurance would cover all expenses before proceeding with my treatment, the receptionist hit me with a hefty bill on my way out the door. This practice goes strongly against the Canadian dental code of ethics. Avoid at all costs.
