I went there with questions about an item that had been shipped to me. The clerk there was incredible. Turns out it was shipped by another company. The clerks there not only found out what company it was shipped with but also got me on the line with the shipping company and helped me find out exactly where the item was. THANK YOU!

I sent two items on Monday, Feb 5. One is a regular parcel and the other one is an Xpresspost. I do not understand why the regular parcel was delivered the next day and the Xpresspost is still out for delivery as of this writing (on the 3rd day). Can anybody tell me why????? Does this mean, from now on i should not waste money getting your expedited services because it does not make a difference anyway? I am very disappointed and i think its time for the managers to get to the bottom of this.
