i want to thank atlantic super value for helping me out, they were so wonderful. i live in hew hampshire i gave them a call about bringing some grocery to my parents house that live in grand falls n.b., they took the time and got what i ask for and brought it to my parents house. thank you so much, my parents were so excited to see the bags. Have a merry christmas from the bernard family in new hampshire.

The customer service and the cleanliness of store is excellent and the selves are always well stocked. Bruce and Ryan have been extremely helpful to me during this Xmas season. I volunteer for the Salvation Army kettle program at this store and I have seen first hand Bruce and Ryan and the cashiers go up and beyond to help your customers. I also let others know what a great store this is.

For over a month now the coffee grinder machine has been out of order. I use Pride of Arabia Coffee which is a whole bean coffee that must be ground. A few days ago I noticed all the whole bean coffees were on sale which is nice but how to we grind it for our home coffee machines? Your attention to this matter would be appreciated soon as we are desperate for our fresh whole bean coffee to be ground for our home use. Please take this complaint seriously or we will be forced to shop elsewhere

Service in the dept. that sells chicken pieces and salads has been
awfull at Bedford s/s.Today at around 5.30 pm the young guy that served us was great.Let us know that our 4 piece chicken pick could be increased to a 9 piece at only 2 dollars more.He did not have to let us know this but it was much apppreciated.we hope he will be there when we return for more chicken.Well done young fella.

I had a very satisfactory experience with Bruce at the floral department on Thursday, Apr 9. I ordered an item from floral and the employee was more than helpful. Not only was I well informed, but the order was delivered almost immediately. I am from outside town and such great service doesnt happen every day. I felt it should not go unnoticed. All I can say is WOW I haven't been to this location for a very long time as sobeys is closer. Although I will start going out of my way to come to this location. It's neat and clean like sobeys but the HUGE difference is they take the time and care to put things out neatly and they just don't look like they just threw them there. Example look at their prepared food it looks so good nothing has liquid streaming out of it nothing looks dry it all looks delicious. GREAT JOB EVERYONE AND THANK YOU!
