I have grown up with this lovely shop with the hobby of hockey cards. Altered States helped me through loving the hobby to it's fullest. Suggesting products, informing me about products, keeping me updated with the hobby itself. They would always order specific supplies for the customers, and they would get it fast. The product would arrive the next day just for the customer. These 2 brothers are customer service fanatics. LOVE THIS STORE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Lire plus

I ABSOLUTELY love this store. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. I am an avid quilter and knitter and I always find the most unique yarn and fabric. This is by far my most favourite quilting and knitting store. I do not know what Ayashino was even talking about in her review below. There is plenty of parking in the lot behind as well as street parking. I find the staff very helpful and way more friendly than big box stores. Also I am under 40 and they are wonderful to me. Also I think Ayashino might be making things up in her review because I have never seen embroidery yarn that expensive as she complains about. This store inspires me to be creative and they teach me so many wonderful things. I can't recommend it enough! Lire plus
