Been bringing both of my small dogs to PetSmart on William Kitchen Drive for a couple of years now. I find the service to be excellent and the staff friendly and courteous. The best thing of all is that my dogs do not seem to mind visiting them for their grooming!

This grooming salon in Scarborough on Kennedy and ellesmere plaza is one of the nicest and best grooming places that I have ever been to im definitely switching from my previous groomers and have already booked another appointment they are really polite and made my cats feel at home and very professional I got a full service cat grooming and it included a bath and nail trim with ear cleaning I got a lion cut and he looks amazingly clean and cute I’m so happy with this service they have provided

Always easy access whether you'e considering by travet or booking an appointment. Actually, I probably haven't had an appointment 1/2 the time. That's convenient! They know their stuff. I've been taking my pets thru their lives & deaths. One day hubby took 17 yr old sheppard for his final visit. Shortly after-a knock @ the door... bouquet & sympathy card. Now that's Class. It was initially difficult. However that action was just another which confirmed the essence and character of this Clinic. Wouldn't change a thing. Many sincere thanks. BS/SS

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. D'Souza and his staff. My brother and I have been taking our dogs to this clinic for 10 years. Dr. D'Souza sincerely cares about the well being of his animal patients and never pushes unecessary extra tests etc. that drive up costs as I have experienced at other vets, he clearly explains exactly what is needed and why. The one star review by Winston is from a vindictive person. He and his wife have been trash talking the Dog Pad. I've had three dogs boarding and at the daycare for over ten years and never had a problem. The problem it seems is some high maintenance owners and Jen and Brett have the choice to kick out problem owners. My dogs have always been happy to go to the Dog Pad and I always recommend people to them when someone is looking for boarding or daycare.

Ashly was SO patient, genuine and caring with my dogs, included nails in the price- did an amazing job!!!
I was extremely impressed, clean, beautiful salon, they took breaks for my dogs to relax, even offer a shuttle service on certain days/times!
I am very glad to have found this place and will come here from now on, exceptional rates, excellent and knowledgeable service.
