This is the second time we needed help with our residential air conditioning. we called and had our unit serviced the same evening by friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Frank & his team continually provide excellent service but my last visit was extraordinary! The car dealership provided me with the wrong size snow tires for my new car. The time it would have taken to rectify with the dealership & get back to Queens Tire would have taken a while. Instead, Frank put new tires from his own stock on my car. In & out in less than 30 minutes. Unbelievable!!! Would not take my car anywhere else.
