My experience for the last several years has simply been excellent. The office staff is very professional, including coordination with insurance company. The office is clean welcoming and comfortable for the clients with a massage chair. The hygienists are very proactive in ensuring client comfort during the process, including setting up your TV channel to watch. Dr. Barb is very caring, even calls you at home after major work to make sure everything is ok. I’ve been driving out from Calgary to see them for the past five years and it was a good decision. You deserve Five Start+! I had a crown fall off one of my 70 year + molar tooth. I called in on a Friday afternoon and you were able to see me at 0800 hours the following morning( Saturday). It was determined that what remained my tooth was compromised and a cavity was very near the nerve. I was given an 1130 hours appointment to have the tooth removed. The staff is always super friendly, and I’ve had amazing work done by the dentists. I had an after hours emergency because I had been in an accident and my front teeth were broken. Dr Ian and Dr Chris came in after hours to help me. I’m SO grateful! They really care about their patients and definitely go above and beyond for them. I have three small children, and they all see Dr Chris. He is patient, gentle, and he is so understanding of my child who has sensory issues. Highly recommend! Lire plus
