Karry did a perfect job of calculating measurements for the carpet I wanted as a matter of fact it ended up being cheaper than I initially calculated. A nice bonus. The carpet layers were very quick and efficient and did a great job.

Our experience with the guys at Summit Flooring has been outstanding. From the beginning when we started researching the possibility of hardwood floors, right through to the completion of installation, we have had unequalled customer service. Our salesman Sheldon was knowlegeable, honest and full of sound advice. He spent literally hours working with us, ensuring that we got the floor we wanted, at a price we could afford. Our installer Mike, whose services were arranged through Summit, as well as being a great guy, was experienced, meticulous, punctual, and customer focused. The hardwood flooring itself exceeded our expectations, as did everything else. The project was completed on time and on budget! I had only a tiny DIY project but Jeffery still went far out of his way to find the right product for me. He did some major creative thinking to keep my costs down. I was bowled over by the integrity and kindness he demonstrated. In reading other reviews, I see that this is normal for this company. Sierra flooring did the supply and install for our basement development. The service from sales to install was seamless. The installers were efficient and did a great job cleaning up. We had a couple repairs required on our hardwood stairs that weren't even Sierra's original work and they helped us out, no problem and did a perfect job. Would definitely recommend and use Sierra for any future flooring needs.

I dealt with both Glen and Jim and they were easy to deal with. No pressure and they gave me a sweet deal because I was getting some carpet done in multiple rooms in my house. Installation was top notch, they even installed my linoleum that I wanted in the corner for a small fee, great work. Call them today, you'll be glad you did.
