The staff is really helpful and friendly. The place is very neat and clean. Everything is brand new and the specialists are really co-operating. Although I was late, they even stayed after hours to help me. THANK YOU GUYS.

The owner and wife are a good team who provide congenial, expert and efficient service. The selection of brands are wide, with both value oriented and expensive luxury, such as Cogan. I was happy with the glasses I got there- the owner even made sure to double check the lens and sent back a defective one for a new one without any trouble to me. The location is ideal, near both the North York Centre and Sheppard Stations- and there is even parking in the rear. I would recommend this optical.

I am completely satisfied with the services I got at Dr Shams’s office. Everyone there are very patient, polite and friendly. Dr Hariri did a great job on my eyes and he also answered multiple questions I had in the simplest way possible. I never felt as comfortable as I did today in any Eye clinic office.
