We loved our experience dealing with The Carpet Place, Todd, Patrick and Mark are very friendly, professional and experienced in customer service. We chose flooring for our newly built home and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from beginning to end. They were honest and didn’t gouge us. The quality of service was excellent. Larry’s flooring is great! Offers good customer service!
BUT....
Mannington products and their customer service is atrocious! They do not stand behind their products at all! Blame their problems and manufacturing defects on everyone else!
Buy from Larry’s but not Mannington!

Khalid was excellent! Very friendly and patient with me. Took several rugs down so I could see them better. The first rug I took home didn't suit. No problem bringing it back and exchanged it for one I love. Fits my space perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company! Lots to choose from and prices were very reasonable.

I had a great experience! Alex completed the work in a very timely manner. He was polite, informative and paid a lot of attention to detail. I really liked how thorough and tidy he worked, just as if he was doing this for a family member. The second time he came I couldn’t be there, but didn’t have to worry at all. The backsplash looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much!
