Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Thank you!!!!!

We visited Murray Mazda in our search to purchase a new car. We talked to Jesse and he was absolutely amazing! He helped us with everything we were asking for and answered every single question we had about every car we saw. He was super friendly and wasnt talking at us instead he was talking to us and made sure we understood everything he was talking about. I am writing this review today to recommend this dealership, Abbotsford Autoworld, to others. I had a great experience at this dealership and wanted to share to others. Not only where they very knowledgeable with their vehicle they knew exactly what I was looking for and got me into a vehicle I really wanted. They are kind for example offering me and my wife coffee while we waited for the insurance people to arrive. The salesmen they are very enjoyable to talk to as well. Everything was very convenient the finance people and insurance people came write to the dealership and we were out the door with our vehicle in less than an hour! Overall I would recommend these guys to others and I would consider this place the best experience I have had with a dealership.
