The food here is so delicious. The menu is huge! All the dishes taste really fresh and the "bubble tea" is amazing! I forget what I ordered exactly, but it was spicy cripsy chicken on top of noodles. It was excellent. They also have the deep-fried standards like chicken wings, rice, and chicken balls. Anyone remember the chicken balls at Cresent Gardens? These are the closest that I've tasted to that recipe. I love the atmosphere! There's always karaoke music playing in the background, and the floors and tables are spotless. The little asian lady always has an interesting story to tell. All in all, although a bit expensive this restaurant makes great food, has a nice atmosphere. I'll be back! Lire plus

My husband & I celebrated the last day of the year 2012 at Chef Tommy's. It was our first timethere and we wanted to try something we have never ordered. So we ordered the lamb rack and we were not disappointed! The lamb was so so tender and the presentation was just delightful. The atmosphere was very cozy and the staff quite friendly and helpful. We order from here regularly, we have only ordered the Thai items a couple of times. WE LOVE THE HAKKA dishes. It is very difficult to find any good hakka restaurants in the area especially oshawa/whitby area. Our regular dishes are the: -Bombay chicken -any of the chili or manchurian chicken or beef or shrimp (the shrimp dishes are a little smaller than the chicken or beef )but very tasty. -pad thai/ hakka special chow mein We really like the fact that they have come to know us so when we ask for extra spicy it is extra spicy, never been disappointed. If you are into this type of food then it is definately worth a try. We don't eat in because of our kids but the atmosphere seems very pleasant when we have picked up food. I Lire plus

Great food that is well priced keeps us coming back over and over again. The atmosphere is nothing spectacular but it is clean and well maintained. It simply doesn't wow. We drop in frequently for a quick meal and order one of the vermicelli bowl dishes. Coupled with green tea it makes for a very tasty and satisfying meal. When we visit with more people we like to order a variety of dishes and have yet to be disappointed. The sizzling seafood platter is particularly tasty.
