Honest and trustworthy. Two things hard to find in this industry. Max and Andrew and their team are knowledgeable, and will tell you straight up what needs to be done, what should be done and what can wait. Their prices are reasonable and they even have WiFi and coffee in their comfortable waiting area. Very satisfied with my experiences here and will return.

Well Folks, I have to tell you I met these wonderful folks last week and took my car into have some well needed service work done. All I can say is they treated me, and my car excellent. The prices are great, service wonderful; I ended up purchasing 4 new snow tires and rims for my car as well. The service manager was awesome and explained what was required and what could wait. He then explained the itemized bill to me in terms I could understand. I did not feel taken by this garage, which is important to me as a woman.

I cannot say enough about Steele Ford Lincoln. I bought a MKX and 2 weeks later when I went to open the moon roof, it was defected. I have to say the Service department with Trish Boutlier , the General Manager and David Crocker who sold me the car were 100%. I ended up with a loaner car from the dealer ship which seemed like forever and cannot thank them enough for all they did. I now have my vehicle home and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to everyone who wants to buy a vehicle

I have been coming here for 10 years now with a 2005 Saab, and have never had an issue. I have had everything done here, from brakes to oil changes to exhaust work to sub frame work. They always do it right, know their stuff, give good advice, and are fairly priced. They seem more focused on getting my car right than prying open my wallet.
