I just wanted to take this opportunity to give Gurpreet and Vikas at the Weston Road Mobility Kiosk a raving review. The first time I went in I dealt with Gurpreet. Service from Gurpreet was smooth, she was informative, and asked the right questions regarding my mobility needs. Second visit I dealt with Vikas. Once again! Thumbs up for service excellence. Extremely satisfied with Theodore & Pringle. I accidentally placed my glasses down next to a lit candle. Not sure how it happened, but they flipped over, right into the flame. Melted the plastic off the arm and they were my favourite pair! While shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore, I mentioned my blunder. They fixed them free by using a pair that had been donated! They have done more for me than any other. Many times they have gone above & beyond. I love their 50% off sales!

I went to Scarborough Super Store to get new glasses. The staff in the optical dept. was not only professional but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have been attended to by such an experienced, friendly staff.

I go there for my glasses I only have had great service,even when my perscription had to be changed a few times within weeks as I was having trouble to see properly all with patience and kindness .I have sent others there to check them out.
