I was very impressed with the Automotive Service. I didn't have a car looked at, although they did look over a bicycle for us. They did not have to as this was not part of their jobs. I got a message saying that it was done and the mechanic did it for free. They could have taken advantage and put new parts from the store on and charged me, but they did not. Very impressed so far!!!! Thank you.

We were driving through on the way back to Manitoba, and our car broke down. The staff were incredibly friendly, down to earth, and helpful, and the mechanic that helped us was amazing, and had us back on the road in no time! The team obviously cared and did their best to make us road safe ASAP. Thanks for the timely help!

Great place to work! I love being part of a company that cares so much about its employees. I feel very valued and appreciated. Our commitment to team morale is outstanding. I believe Norris Ford truly understands the significance of building these relationships and the importance of individual engagement.
