They really came through for us!!! Not only that they phoned us as soon as our item was ready for pick up and waited after hours for us to come and pick it up knowing it was urgent for us to have this garment. Rivet is the only place I will buy my Jeans from. They hem on site and even though I am hard on my clothes, my jeans purchased here last 5 times longer than a pair bought at a big box store. Awesome customer service and the prices are good too.
