Excellent service à la réception et surtout la vendeuse sur le plancher. Son nom est Catherine, elle ma donné un service hors pair, cest un ange durant cette pandémie qui nous affecte tous. Grâce à Catherine jai pu trouvé un climatiseur à mes parents avant quun autre canicule viennent nous visiter. We showed up late in the day on a Saturday and we were greeted by Jean-Pierre. He inquired about the purpose of our visit and began to show us the models of washing machines we wanted to see. He was very nice and not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the items I had set forth to buy and for once, I was feeling awesome about how I had been treated as a customer. Thanks again JP!!! AAA+++ service

Everytime I go to the Brick I get excellent service. I had to buy a mattress for myself. I am very pleased with the product. Because they didn't tell me about the mattress and bed pick up for 40$, they came today and picked it up for free. Also, they took my old oven for 20$ even though I bought the new one from Leon's and not them. Leon's charges 30$. If you go to the Brick ask for Wanda or Gary. I get very good service from them. They are honest and not at all pushy.

My wife, daughter and I were looking for some furniture and appliances, and we were ably assisted by Farouk! He was very accommodating and was of great help. In the end, we bought the sofa set and laundry appliances we wanted!

I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

My wife and went to the brick looking to purchase a bedroom set as well as a box spring and mattress. The sales lady that served us was Sheela Dabra a very knowledgeable person who knew her products and very willing to answer all our questions. This shopping experience was pleasant and yes we would come back,matter of fact my wife and will also be looking for a dinning set in the near future.

Very pleased with our experience shopping at the Brick in Belleville Ontario. Our sales associate Corrie was very friendly and helpful. She helped us order all the products we were looking for and made the shopping experience very pleasant. She explained how all the warranties worked and went out of her way to make sure we were able to purchase all the products we wanted. I would definitely shop there again and I would ask for her.
