Ann is actually a Master Groomer. She is a a respected professional in her field who trains professionals in the lastest products and grooms for any breed of dog. and works with orher professionals. Ann and her staff, Erica and Chrissy, are always kind and easy on the animals. It's unbelievable how calming a good Groomer like Ann is for an animal who is nervous of being groomed.
