    Poor Attitude Toward Customer Satisfaction

    I ordered 2 funeral arrngmnts 3 days in advance; over $200 incl tax & delivery. Florist committed to 12 noon delivery for 2pm service. Rec'd call 1:15pm saying driver hadn't even left shop yet (something about a wedding delivery hiccup). She said funeral flowers would arrive before 2:00pm. Flowers arrived BARELY before 2pm service -- but well AFTER funeral guests had arrived! She considers that "on time". Very disappointing. Unwilling to refund delivery fee. Attitude was: "These things happen."

    Rude! Went in with a few questions spoke with the women who I am quite sure owns the shop or made it sound like she did anyways, she was quite snotty to say the least. She did not stand up or even say hello and looked at me like I was nuts as I spoke. First time in the shop and most definitely will never go back! Thanks for all the help

    Hubby bought me f...

    Hubby bought me flowers (roses and lilies) for my 50th birthday, they were beautiful. We followed all the directions, cutting the ends off the flower stems and using the package of powder in the water. Within 4 days over half of the roses were dead and yesterday, exactly one week from when they were bought, the rest were completely dead! Even the flowers I buy from the grocery store last longer!

    Deceiving

    I used to order my flowers from here regularly and had been happy until I ordered a large arrangement for my Mum for Mother's Day. We paid $155 before taxes and delivery. When I saw then I was floored. In no way did it resemble the picture online. It was soooo tiny - so tiny I figured it must be a mistake. There were a dozen roses, carnations, and bunch of green filler. I called to confirm - I was met with a rude response and they told me tough luck. I could have bought the same arrangement from Safeway for $25. I will NEVER buy from here again, and I encourage you to do the same.
