Sold us a refurbished tower and a new HDMI monitor. Set it up the next evening (it was for my 11 yr old) and was so disappointed that the tower was so old that it’s not compatible with the monitor...we live out of town. I feel that as the electronic experts they should have known to sell me the adapter cable but they played dumb. In addition, the tower was dented, had paint stains and scratches all over it but didn’t find out until we got home and opened up the sealed packaging. Not impressed.
