    The process took 2 months longer than quoted even though we had started already started 20% of the the basement renovations before calling in contractor. For the type of work to be done should have taken 2 months max, instead it took 5 months from signing. There was weeks delay betweensub- trades, never got updates unless we asked, never saw general contractor unless it was time to collect money. Some of the finishings were sloppy. Price was good if you have time to wait and fix up minor things afterwards.
