The girl I had was wonderful very kind know about every question I had and got my husband a chair to sit on excellent service

My MacBok Pro has been returned twice for major work to correct problems with the keyboard, Despite nearly $2000 worth of work it is just as bad as it was prior to the repairs. I also have an Apple Care plan, but the extended warranty has not been honoured by replacing this faulty laptop.

every business should be run like Apple.

Vertical lines wo...

Vertical lines would intermittently appear on my screen so I brought it in to the Chinook Apple Store. They kept it overnight for diagnostic tests then called me the next day to let me know they were replacing the logic board. Wow! It would have been easy for them to say they couldn't find an issue but instead they figured it out and fixed it. Thank Goodness for Applecare...Highly recommend this store....also make an appointment online so you don't have to wait for one.
