Glenmore Audi

I was totally disappointed with the dealership. I spent $95,000 and picked up a dirty vehicle with incorrect tire pressures and staff that could not figure out how to work the electronics. The paint was also scratched from washing the vehicle with a dirty cloth. This dealership doesn't care about anything.

Terrible after sales service. Service advisor does not listen to you when you are explaining the issues with the vehicle. They will paraphase your explaination on the work order that does not capture the extent of the issue(s). Then the "technicians/mechanics" are utterly useless. Unless an error code come up on the OBD, they will not know how to trouble shoot and/or fix the issue.

I wish I could give ZERO stars... I'm relieved I never have to step foot in this dealership again. They didn't actually fix my car under warranty and they couldn't give a reason for the problem. I guess that doesn't really make them Audi specialists, more like generalists I can't express my dislike for this dealership. Looks like many people feel the same
