    This is ridiculou...

    This is ridiculous!! I tried for and hour to find out when a late bus would arrive. All the website does is send you to an animated message that tells you what state you want...I'M IN CANADA FOR PETE'S SAKE!! The phone number for Calgary supposedly depot gets you the courier service. I give up. Totally useless. I would rate them -10 if they gave me that option!!!

    I spent almost an...

    I spent almost an hour trying to find information to travel to see my family. The website did not allow me to continue past the schedule, so I tried calling the toll free number...an animated "agent" that could not provide me with any details, then I tried the bus depot and got transferred back to the automated agent. I tried pressing the "0" option to speak to a rep who told me I would have to go to the bus station in order to find information....c'mon Greyhound..are you kidding!?!?!?!

    I cannot get ANY ...

    I cannot get ANY information on parking from what so ever from the automated service or from the website. BOO!

    no matter time of...

    no matter time of day r day of week cannot get ahold of someone that actually physically works at calgarys office always getting automatic machines r call center

    I have tried to call Calgary for serveral different reasons at different times. Basically you cannot call Calgary except M-F 9-5
