I bought a wheel hub assembly a month ago. Yesterday one of the wheel studs snapped which should not happen because I always use a torque wrench. When I asked for the warranty, they told me that studs are not covered under warranty? Really? On top, if they ever accept your claim, they will not refund you money. They will replace it with another defective, bad quality part and you will have the same problem again and again. So buy a quality part somewhere else. Your safety is more important.

I called to check some parts a lady told me to hold for 1min then she hung up after 10 min, then I callback she said sorry and told me to hold 1 minutes then hold another 10 minutes very bad customer service

I give them 5 stars for keeping their prices reasonable but only 1 star for their customer service. You can call them over and over again and never get an agent to assist you. Kind of a pain when you live on the other side of town and want to inquire about a part.

Needed an air compressor for the air suspension of a 2012 Expedition, the OEM part at a ford dealer cost $1200. I was able to pick one up through Kingsway for under $400. Swaped the part and everything works great. Ali was very helpful. This is the place to go for sure!

The clerk was very helpful and showed me where I could save some $. Going back today to return old starter for a $20 refund and buy some wiper blades.

If I need parts I go there. Best prices . Don't bother with other auto parts stores.

Even a hundred times you will call them no one had the time to answer you . its terrible if you need to inquire some parts...

I agree with the previous post, these guys have some of the best prices in town but are loosing a TON of biz by NOT having a few extra lines, as well as update or have a website that a person can order online and pick up in store or just have more info out there. Just my .02 worth.

Overall

The parts are the most affordable in the city, but they do not have a machine to tell you the hours nor do they tell you on here! That is unfortunate because I do not know if they are too busy to answer or just not open. So I won't waste my time driving around to check instead I go elsewhere, even if I have to pay a few dollars more. Sorry guys but I think you lose allot of business simply by not having your hours on here or on an answering machine.
